1 c. sugar

1 c. Karo syrup

1 c. peanut butter

6 c. rice krispies


1 c. butterscotch chips

1 c. chocolate chips


Bring sugar and karo syrup to a boil. Mix in peanut butter and stir. Remove from heat. Pour rice kris pies into a large bowl and mix in sugar, karo, peanut butter mixture. 


Press into a greased pan and cool. Over low heat, melt together butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. When smooth, pour over rice krispies.

Scotcharoo eggs, Scotcharoo pops and Scotcharoo Chex are all very popular on pinterest right now. I tried rolling the rice krispie mixture up like a buckeye and dipping it into the chocolate.
