Noodle, Corn & Ham Casserole


12 oz noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. ham, cubed
1 package of frozen corn, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Minced onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix all ingredients together and place in a large, greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for one hour.

Serves 12-15

The recipe makes a large amount! Cut in half for a smaller group, or make the full amount and freeze half.

To make this quick and easy, purchase the ham already cubed, then it just takes minutes to assemble and dinner is in the oven!
