From the Kitchen of Grandma Edna – Shipwreck

Below is another quick and simple recipe from the Kitchen of Grandma Edna. Give it a try for an easy dinner this week!

Shipwreck

Serves 6-8

 

1 1/2 lbs. browned hamburger

1 diced onion

2 or 3 diced potatoes

Vegetable of your choice (I usually use corn)

10 3/4 oz. can of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup

1 soup can of milk

Buttered bread crumbs

 

Brown hamburger and put in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Layer onion, potatoes and vegetable on top. Mix the milk and soup and pour over the vegetables. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 1 hour at 350.
